Nightbird is a receptionist-free salon. If we are with a client and unable to answer, please contact your stylist directly or leave us a detailed message at (503) 284-6455 with your information and we will return your call as soon as possible.

We accept payments by cash, check or debit/credit card.
We aim to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. If for any reason a client is dissatisfied, we will gladly adjust their cut or color within 14 days of the original appointment at no additional charge.
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
